For the Beryl Ivey Library’s January Wellness Week, we will be encouraging students to try out Journaling. There will be resources to help get them started with this process and to consider the many creative ways they can include journaling into their life, along with the benefits it has for their mental health.
We will also be providing notes that students can take and give to friends as a way to combat “Blue Monday” and remind them that they care about them.
As part of our regular Wellness Week initiatives, we will have some Wellness resources we recommend, including the MUSE meditation headband, our Wellness Zine, books, and podcasts.
